This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities and content that are prohibited when using any OhTry product or service. It supplements our Terms of Service. OhTry may suspend or terminate access for violations.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing, smishing, or impersonation of persons or entities.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Unauthorized access, scanning, or probing of any system or network.
- Interfering with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services or their users.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or benchmarking of the Services except as permitted by law.
- Uploading personal data of others without a lawful basis and required notices/consents.
2. Prohibited Content
- Child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors.
- Content promoting terrorism, violence, or self-harm.
- Content that violates intellectual property or publicity rights.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.
3. Telephony and Messaging
When using OhTry Mobile or other messaging features you must comply with applicable communications laws, including the TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), PECR (UK), and equivalent regulations. Obtain prior express written consent where required, honor opt-outs promptly, and register 10DLC / short codes with the appropriate registries.
4. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to abuse@ohtry.com. Report security vulnerabilities to security@ohtry.com.
